What data we process
This website requires no registration and collects no data in the background. We receive your data only when you contact us yourself.
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone and message text. The form prepares a message in your own email client and you send it yourself. No data is stored on this website.
- Email and phone: the data you provide when making an enquiry or asking for consultation.
- Technical server logs: IP address and browser type, recorded on every request and used to operate and secure the website.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to answer your enquiry, provide technical consultancy and prepare a commercial offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request and pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
We do not use the data for profiling or automated decision making and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
How long we keep the data
Correspondence related to an enquiry is kept for the duration of the business relationship and three years afterwards, so that we can document the course of communication. Accounting records are kept for ten years under Slovak accounting law.
Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of thirty days.
Who we share the data with
We do not sell your data and we do not provide it to third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following processors for operations:
- Vercel Inc., the hosting provider of this website. Transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
- Our email service provider, through which we receive and send business correspondence.
- Our parent company Lankwitzer Premium Coatings, where a technical solution requires consultation with the manufacturer.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability. Send your request to predaj@lankwitz.sk and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
